4. Immigration Bail Bond

An immigration bond works similarly to regular cash bail. The unique difference between the two is that the immigration bond is meant for non-citizens.

5. Personal Recognizance Bond

Should the person fail to adhere to the court's orders, then the court may order for their arrest. The personal recognizance bond only applies in low-risk cases.

6. Citation Bond

The citation bond applies when the arresting officer does not take the suspect to court. Instead, the officer writes a citation for the court to schedule a date when you will appear before the court. The citation bond applies to minor violations only.
